Why do some things give credit and others give points?

Two ways to earn, same result: money off your order. And you can use both together. Credit comes from buying. 10% of every order, in your own currency. Points come from everything else: joining the club, following us on Instagram or TikTok, telling us what you think, sharing a photo of your little one, adding their birthday. You swap points for a discount: 200 points → 5% · 400 → 10% · 600 → 15% · 800 → 20% Swap 400 points for a 10% code, and that code stacks with your credit: the 10% comes off first, then your credit comes off what’s left. Codes last 30 days once you swap.

Do I need to sign in for my credit to apply?

Yes, and this one matters. Your credit lives in your account, so you need to be signed in before you pay for us to know it’s you. If you check out without signing in, you’ll pay full price and your credit stays unused. Sign in first, then pick your shoes.
