How do I get the 10%?

Nothing to activate, no need to sign up first. When you place your first order we create an account for you automatically, using the email you ordered with. As soon as your order is confirmed we add 10% of what you paid as store credit. It sits in your account and comes off the total of your next order. Order $60, get $6 credit. Next order, pay $6 less.

Where do I see my credit?

You can see on "See my. credit" or: Go to nubekids-barefoot.com Open the menu ☰, top left Tap “Sign in” Enter the email you ordered with We email you a 6-digit code — no password needed Type it in and you’re in From then on, open the menu ☰ and you’ll see your name with your credit right underneath. The code arrives in under a minute. Check spam if you don’t see it.

Why do some things give credit and others give points?

Two ways to earn, same result: money off your order. And you can use both together. Credit comes from buying. 10% of every order, in your own currency. Points come from everything else: joining the club, following us on Instagram or TikTok, telling us what you think, sharing a photo of your little one, adding their birthday. You swap points for a discount: 200 points → 5% · 400 → 10% · 600 → 15% · 800 → 20% Swap 400 points for a 10% code, and that code stacks with your credit: the 10% comes off first, then your credit comes off what’s left. Codes last 30 days once you swap.

Do I need to sign in for my credit to apply?

Yes, and this one matters. Your credit lives in your account, so you need to be signed in before you pay for us to know it’s you. If you check out without signing in, you’ll pay full price and your credit stays unused. Sign in first, then pick your shoes.

Does my credit expire?

Yes. You have 3 months from the day we add it. After that it’s gone. And if you return an order, we take back the credit we gave you for it.
