Returns
We hope you love your Nube Kids shoes, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The shoe box must not be damaged or written on.

All original tags and accessories must be included.
Please note that we do not offer free returns.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost back to our facility in Spain. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nubekids.com with the following details:

Reason for the return

Photos of the product and the shoe box (to confirm condition)
Once we approve your return request, we’ll send you the return instructions and the address for shipping.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal).
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs and any import duties paid are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or model, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
